A list of our services and pricing is as follows: (These prices do not reflect the Maintenance and Service Plan pricing...)

Operating system cleanup and speeding up your computer basic system - $60 - per computer/visit
Virus, Spyware, Adware removal - $60 - per computer/visit
Upgrading Memory - $60 - per computer/visit - Plus our cost of memory + 10% (parts pricing)
Format Drive & reinstall OS - $60 - per computer/visit
Pickup and Delivery - No Charge - if you have us work on the computer, and pay the above charges or if you have the Maintenence and Service Plan.
Connecting a customer computer to the internet, or repairing an internet connection (this service not covered under the PLAN) - $60 - per computer/visit
Networking a private home if wireless - $60 - for the first computer plus $15 for each additional computer we connect to the network or need to adjust to work on the network.
Networking a home if we need to run the wires - $60 - for the first computer plus $20 for each additonal computer we connect or on which we need to make adjustments for setting up the network.
Complete set up or diagnose and repair business networking systems is charged at $25 - per hour - which includes travel time from the office to your place of business - travel time not to exceed one (1) hour round trip.

The PLAN does not cover the following:

connecting to the internet or repairing internet connections
setting up or repairing home or business networking systems and materials
setting up or repairing POP3 email accounts
installing and / or setting up personal software not required by the operating system
correcting malfunctions of software not related to the operating system (ie: office software , CD burner software , imaging sofware , etc.)
setting up or repairing printer / scanner / camera / backup storage problems and / or software

Please understand that we don't charge extra for these services when you don't purchase the plan. Only the regular $60 flat-rate service fee applies. Also, as many of our regular customers will tell you, we don't always charge you every time you call us. If you're a regular customer and it hasn't been long since we've worked on your computer, there's a good chance we will either not charge you, or dramatically reduce the charge to help you save money. We want to earn a living, but we're not out to break the bank either.
